Description
This transmission has a larger ratio than the original gearing.
To rotate the wheel completely once, the primary shaft will have to rotate 11.5 times instead of 13 times with an original gear.
The wheel will therefore be able to make more revolutions at the same speed of your engine.
In short, if you place them in the rear transmission, your moped will be able to drive faster, but it will not accelerate as well when you take off.
That is why we only recommend this gearing as soon as you have a more heavily tuned setup that has sufficient torque to bridge the greater resistance of the gearing from a standstill or at low speeds.
