What a parcel costs, how quickly it arrives and what you can do if a part doesn't fit after all.
Shipping
Paid before 14:00, shipped today
Everything in stock and paid for on a working day before 14:00 leaves the same day. You always get a tracking code, even with a letterbox parcel.
Small parts such as cables, spark plugs and gasket sets are sent as a letterbox parcel. Larger parts — cylinder kits, exhausts, tyres — go as a parcel. You'll see which of the two it will be in your basket before you pay.

Delivery times apply from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier and are an indication, not a guarantee. Rates include VAT.
Returns & guarantee
If it doesn't fit, we'll sort it out
Fourteen-day cooling-off period
You may return an order within fourteen days of receipt without giving a reason. Just let us know beforehand and we'll send you the return instructions.
Twelve-month guarantee
Manufacturing defects are covered by a twelve-month guarantee. Wear parts such as brake shoes, spark plugs, chains and tyres are excluded, unless there is demonstrably something wrong with the part.
Unused and complete
We only take back parts that have not been fitted and are complete, in the original packaging. Unfortunately a part that has been fitted can no longer be sold as new.
Packaging
Well packed, without unnecessary plastic
Parts with a sharp edge or a delicate surface get extra protection. Otherwise we use cardboard and paper — reused where possible, because most of the boxes that arrive here are still perfectly good.
Is something in your parcel damaged, against all expectations? Take a photo before you throw anything away and send it to us. It's usually sorted within a day.
